Abe Rappaport, Esq.

Mr. Rappaport has extensive experience in representing clients in the areas of residential and commercial real estate, real estate development and asset management, foreclosure and condominium and cooperative matters.

Mr. Rappaport represents several New York and New Jersey real estate owners/developers and is foreclosure counsel to several lending groups. Mr.
Rappaport also represents purchasers of non-performing loan packages and has previously worked with the Resolution Trust Corporation (a quasi Federal
Agency) in resolving/foreclosing on non-performing real estate loans.
